What we collect

When you use the sample ad preview, we process the website address you submit so we can read the page and draft sample ads from it.

When you create an account and connect a Google Ads account, we access the campaign, performance, and account data needed to audit your account, draft campaigns, and prepare the approval cards and reports the product is built around.

Billing is handled by Stripe. We receive subscription status and plan details from Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

Your data is used to operate AnvilAds for you: researching your business, generating campaign plans and ad copy, analyzing performance, drafting optimization recommendations, and producing your reports. Nothing is launched or changed in a Google Ads account without your approval.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data to train generalized AI models.

Google Ads data and Limited Use

AnvilAds' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Ads data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features of AnvilAds for the account that connected it. It is not used for serving advertisements, not sold to data brokers or information resellers, and not used to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.

Human access to Google Ads data is limited to the account owner and to support or security review the account owner has requested or consented to.

AI processing

AnvilAds is built on Claude by Anthropic to power AI-driven campaign generation, ad copy writing, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations. The business and account context needed for a request is sent to Anthropic for processing under their commercial terms, which do not permit training on it. Campaign generation runs on live AI for every account; if a live generation call fails, AnvilAds falls back to a template draft and labels it as a sample.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service — hosting, payments (Stripe), and AI processing (Anthropic) — and only the data each processor needs. We may disclose data if required by law.

Retention and your choices

You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time, which stops further access. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by writing to support@anvilads.com. Credit pack and subscription records are kept as long as needed for billing, tax, and fraud-prevention records.
